Our intermediate level in the “10 Steps to become a Lean Enterprise” program is called “Lean Practitioner in Administration” and this package includes thirty (30) training modules. This training course starts to build a framework (or structure) onto the solid foundation of lean concepts that was developed in the Lean Awareness module. Lean Office Online modules teach the same principles that are used in the Toyota Production System (TPS).

Lean Practitioner in Administration course allows the learner to develop knowledge about the application and implementation of lean principles into their own office or service business. The learner receives instructions using the “10 Steps to become a Lean Enterprise” model as a guide to define the important activities in a successful lean implementation process. As a learner works through each training module, they will increase their knowledge of lean principles and their application.
